Fifteen-Minute Leftover Beef Cheek Ragu Spaghetti

When you have leftover red-wine braised beef cheeks in the fridge, a rich, slow-cooked-tasting ragu is only fifteen minutes away. The shredded beef and its braising sauce are simmered with tomatoes and garlic, then the spaghetti finishes cooking right in the pan so every strand is coated. Top with Parmesan and parsley and dinner is done.
